Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced hands-on Marketing Operations Manager who embodies ambition and positivity. Someone who can passionately take ownership of their responsibilities, collaborating effectively with remote teams to not only meet but exceed our objectives and fulfill the evolving needs of our expanding customer base.  

Key Responsibilities

  •  Marketing Platform Management: Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing platforms (HubSpot) to support campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
  • AI Implementation: Drive the adoption and implementation of AI-based tools and processes to enhance marketing workflows and campaign effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to guide decision-making, reporting, and performance improvements.
  • BI and Data Storytelling: Leverage business intelligence tools to craft compelling narratives that inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to streamline marketing operations and increase team productivity. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  •  Budget Control: Manage and monitor marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation, cost efficiency and ROI.
  •  Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product, to drive growth and scale.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate the operational aspects of marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email marketing, and lead management.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing operation roles within global B2B companies, preferably in a growth-stage startup - Must
  •  Extensive hands-on experience managing HubSpot is essential - Must
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (SFDC) for marketing operations, process alignment and data management - Must
  • Proven experience in using and implementing AI-based tools and processes to enhance marketing execution and efficiency-Advantage
  •  Experience building dashboards and strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights, craft compelling narratives, and inform strategies- Advantage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English- Must
