Online Seminar: Strong-tunable coupling between two distant superconducting spin qubits
Details
Coupling spin qubits over long distances remains challenging due to their localized nature. This seminar will present recent research from Prof. Leo P. Kouwenhoven & Christian Kraglund Andersen labs at TU Deft, demonstrating strong supercurrent-mediated longitudinal coupling between two distant superconducting spin qubits. This coupling, which is gate- and flux-tunable and switchable in situ, highlights the potential of integrating microscopic spin states into superconducting qubit architectures, paving the way for fast two-qubit gates between distant spins. The findings combine the strengths of semiconductors and superconducting circuits.

The seminar will be presented by Jaap Joachim Wesdorp, with Tom Dvir co-hosting the event.
